So Wedding Vows are in the cards.

We decided on a spring wedding. We chose spring for it's significance. During spring things are renewed, made whole again. Spring brings rebirth and regrowth. Kirsti was so amazing with doing all the wedding planning stuff with me. She knew I didn't really have a mother to do all these things with and she was more than happy to help me. Even Satu was getting in on the wedding planning! I was so excited and even extremely nervous. I didn't know if Finnish wedding traditions differed from American traditions or not.

My future mother-in-law told me about some of the traditions of engagements and weddings while we were out one day shopping for our wedding registry. We had a month off and Tuomas was looking over ~~his~~ new house, or as he now says, OUR new house. After our engagement party, which we held the night he proposed, we spent practically the whole night talking about all sorts of stuff. We decided to not move into his house until after we were married. It didn't bother me in the slightest, I found his parent's house very warm and inviting.

We were holding the wedding at Marco's house because it was secluded and his backyard was very beautiful. From what Satu told me spring in Finland was very beautiful. I was getting more and more excited as the planning went on. The day that all the girls took me out wedding dress shopping was probably one of the best of my life! We had so much fun. It took us most of the day but we finally found a dress that everyone, including me, fell absolutely in love with: my wedding dress.

"You look stunning. This is the dress for you, Kizi!" Kirsti stated, giving me a big grin

"You think so?" I nervously questioned

"No doubt about it." Satu replied

"You'll knock his socks off." I heard Anette exclaim

I quickly turned to see her standing there with Alli & Eija. They were looking at Anette to make sure she behaved herself.

"What are you doing here?" I questioned, not bothering to hide the irritation in my voice

"We sat down with her to have a little... chat.... and she decided to come and try to make peace." Eija replied for her

"That dress looks spectacular on you. A tiara would look fabulous with it." Anette stated

"Ooooh you are so right! Leave your hair down, maybe curl it a bit, with a tiara. Oh girl he won't be able to take his eyes off you!" Alli chimed in

I blushed as I looked at myself in the full length mirror. Did I really look as good as they said I did?! I felt like a Princess in this dress. Looking at the woman in the mirror I could actually see myself walking down the isle in this dress. This is the most important day of my life and I wanted to make sure Tuomas remembered it too!

"What do you think, Kizi?" Kirsti questioned, standing next to me

"It's beautiful!" I replied

My soon-to-be mother-in-law told the clerk we'd take it as I went to change back into my street clothes. Anette was chatting away with Satu, who to me seemed a bit apprehensive, while Kirsti was talking with the store clerk holding a garment bag that I assumed held my wedding dress. The 6 of us left the store, with me giving Anette the cold shoulder, and proceeded to the next shop Kirsti wanted to take me too. Satu was talking about what I should wear on our wedding night which made me blush madly, especially with my fiance's mother with us, which made everyone laugh softly.

"You do need something extra special for your wedding night, dear." Kirsti told me, giving me a warm smile

I giggled as we entered a store I didn't realize was there. It was a very nice lingerie store that had everything you could ever possibly want! I found something that I really liked and decided on getting it. The girls all thought it would look amazing on me and I hoped they were right! I looked at the garment again before it was wrapped up: my wedding night attire!. We had stopped for lunch afterwards and were just laughing and having a good time. Anette stayed relatively quiet. When we got to shopping again, she hung back with me.

"There's some things I need to say." Anette stated quietly as I browsed through invitations

"Oh? What would that be? Sorry for being such a bitch for no reason? Or sorry for sexually harassing your boyfriend?" I stated, anger seeping through my voice

"To start with, yes. I'm not that person. I was going through some things back home with my husband and part of me was taking it out on you since you were the new guy." She started

"That's no excuse! You have no idea the shit I've gone through but I don't go around taking it out on everyone around me!" I hissed angrily

"I... there's no excuse. All I can say is I'm sorry." She said

"I can't forgive you. Not yet anyways. Maybe in time, but not now." I replied

"Fair enough. Will you be civil towards me?" She questioned

"I don't see why not. Don't expect us to be friends." I stated as I noticed Satu, Alli, & Eija standing around us listening

They all seemed pleased as I went back to looking through invitations and trying to decide on what I liked. I got samples so that I could show Tuomas. By the end of the day I had more samles of stuff than I really knew I needed to look at! We'd be having the wedding in 6 months and had to make decisions soon. His parents knew of some great caterers who were currently making our menu for us to look over and designs were being done for our wedding cake. The long drive back to their house was spent chatting away about the wedding, as that seemed to be our favorite topic of discussion these days, and I had to smile.

For the first time in my whole life I honestly felt like I had a family. Tuomas and Marco were standing outside tending to the grille when us ladies returned. Jukka and Emppu were sitting on the porch talking with Tuomas' father. Kirsti took my wedding dress and lingerie into her room so that my future husband couldn't peek at it. Everyone seemed suprised when Anette stepped out of Alli's car. Marco's boys ran up to their mother chattering away about something which made her shake her head at them. Jukka and Satu's youngest daughter Lara, who was only about 10 months, tried to stand up and walk to her mother. Right as she was about to fall I grabbed her. She started giggling which got me to smiling.

I held her for a while, making faces at her, tickling her, and talking to her since Satu was in a deep conversation with her husband. Tuomas walked over and just watched me with the baby.

"You're so good with her! You have natural mother instincts." He quietly said

"I don't know about that...." I trailed, turning my attention back to the baby making her giggle again

"I do. You're going to be a fabulous mother." He said before blushing

"You want children?" I asked, looking up at him

"With you, absolutely! I can't wait till we start having kids." He whispered in my ear making me blush this time

A/N: Chapter 34 is done. I hoped you enjoyed this chapter! This fic is coming to an end very soon. There's 1 more chapter left. Or I might go ahead and drag things out for 2 more chapters ^_^ Thanks

I was pacing back and forth in my hotel room. When did it become so hard to breath? I couldn't stop shaking and my stomach was in so many knots I think I'm gonna vomit. I was staying at the best hotel in town so that Tuomas couldn't see me on the day of our wedding until it was time. My bridal party was meeting me here so we could ride to the wedding site together. The women who were doing my hair and make up just arrived so I sat down in a chair to let them work. We've planned this day for 6 months and now that it's here.... I just don't know what to think. It's like it's a dream and I'm afraid I'm going to wake up from it to realize I'm back on campus in my crappy dorm room.

"Kizi, calm down honey. He's as nervous as you are thinking you're going to bail on him!" Satu exclaimed as she entered the room

"Oh Satu, what if he decides he doesn't want to do this?!" I questioned, near tears

"Honey you don't have to worry about that. I've never seen my son as crazy for someone as he is you. Every time he called home he talked about you. He's afraid you are going to back out!" Kirsti said, walking in and giving me a warm smile

"Why would he think I'm going to leave? I'm the one who has something to worry about!" I replied

"Nonsense! Now, have you had breakfast?" Kirsti questioned

I shook my head no so she went to grab me something to eat. As the woman worked on curling my hair, I ate the breakfast my soon-to-be mother-in-law brought me. I was so grateful for her I don't think I'll ever be able to find the words to express it. If I had ever had a real mother, I'd like to think Kirsti would have been it. With my hair curled into loose curls and then framed around my face, I was ready for make up. It took maybe 30 minutes for that to be done and I had begun to shake again. My nerves were definitely getting the better of me.

Finally it was time to get into my dress and shoes. I'd be taking pictures next, without my soon-to-be husband and groomsmen of course, but my Maid-of-Honor (Satu) and bridesmaids would be in some too. Everyone told me how beautiful I looked and that Tuomas' jaw was going to drop when he saw me. All I could do was blush and try to accept the compliments. We took pictures for almost an hour before it was time to start making our way to the house.

The drive took about an hour. I was still shaking when we made it to our destination so Satu brought me a bottle of water. Her husband was sent to make sure I made it to Marco's house and that everything was alright. Satu laughed and told him to tell Tuomas I was here and excited to see him. He took off to give his friend the message while I tried some breathing techniques to calm myself down. People were piling into the backyard and that's when it really began to sink in. I was getting married today. My life was forever changing in less than an hour.

No longer would I be this loser college kid trying to fit in. After today I will be Mrs. Tuomas Holopainen, multi-media specialist. I would have a family and friends. I have a support system. No longer am I a lone soul. Taking another deep breath I began to calm down. Digging through my bag, I whipped out a photo of Tuomas and me all cuddled up together. Looking at this one photo brought an instant smile to my face. It calmed me and reminded me of what this day was about. Me and him.

"Kizi, it's time." I heard Satu state

I smiled at the taller woman and followed her to where the wedding party was already gathering. Each and every man looked at me before breaking out into wide grins.

"Kizi, you look absolutely.... he's going to die when he sees you!" Marco stated, pulling me into a tight hug

"Your beauty is shining through today, Kizi. Tuomas is a very lucky man." Emppu told me

"Nukke, you look gorgeous. He's dying to see you just because he's afraid you're going to leave at the last minute!" Jukka told me as he pulled me into a tight hug

"I'm so nervous!" I chuckled

"You have nothing to be nervous about. He's more than excited to see his lovely bride!" Ewo replied, giving me a warm smile

We were told it was time to get going so the guys found their respective places in line. I'd asked Marco to walk me down the "isle" and he happily accepted. I needed someone to walk with me because I was sure I would trip over myself on the walk. We heard the music begin playing and I started to shake again. Before Marco and I made our appearance, I was handed my bouquet of dark purple calla lillies. My eyes scanned the crowd for a moment before they landed on the man who had completely changed my life. He looked so incredible wearing: Tuomas' suit.

The smile that found it's way to my face never left as his eyes met mine. The entire service was in Finnish but the preacher knew when to talk to me in English. We said our "I do's" and then the preacher began speaking again in Finnish. Tuomas smiled at me as the preacher said:

"Saattaa esitellä Herra ja rouva Tuomas Holopainenin!"

{TRANSLATION: May I introduce Mr. and Mrs. Tuomas Holopainen! }

We turned, after Tuomas took my hand, and walked down the isle together. He let me climb in first to the awaiting limo. We were heading to our wedding reception although we didn't notice a thing about the ride. For the first time since yesterday we were alone.

"You are so incredibly beautiful! I had a hard time concentrating on what the preacher was saying because I was so busy staring at you." He said into my neck

"Mmm you look amazing too. I was so nervous! Once I saw you, you were all I could focus on." I giggled

"I can't wait to get you alone tonight." He said, kissing my neck after each word

The wedding reception was being held at the same hotel I had stayed in last night. Once we arrived we had full wedding party pictures taken before joining our celebration. The sight of my wedding ring kept snatching my attention and I couldn't help but stare at it. The sight of this ring, along with my engagement ring since I had decided to wear the pair together after the wedding, seemed so foreign to me. Up until Tuomas proposed I'd never really wore rings and such. Finally we were able to enter our reception and got the warmest welcome ever! The smile I felt on the inside never left my face as we greeted our guests.

Eventually we made it to our table because dinner was being served soon. As much fun as I was having at our celebration, I was really excited to be going on this cruise to the Bahamas for my honeymoon! We would be staying at the hotel tonight and then flying out tomorrow to make the ship for this cruise. All of his family and friends had come to our table at some point to give us their warm wishes and advice. Our first dance as man and wife came shortly after dinner and I was nervous to be dancing with so many people watching me. Tuomas' vibe was calm and relaxed he calmed me too.

We'd hired not only a videographer but a photographer as well. It made Marco and Eija laugh as both their boys wanted their turns at dancing with me. Grinning I told them I could never deny a cute Finn a request which made them both giggle. Even Niki, Jukka & Satu's son, wanted me to dance with him. He was so young, I held him in my arms as we danced. Sometime later Pentti asked for my hand on the dance floor and I could not tell the man no.

"I just wanted to say, 'welcome to the family'. I've never seen my son so happy in all his life." The older Holopainen say

"Well thank you for allowing me into your family. I've never felt so loved or welcome ever." I replied

"He really loves you and it's easy to see why. My wife thinks the world of you and so do I." He told me, kissing my cheek as the song ended

We had such an awesome time that night! Lots of pictures were taken, lots of video shot. Are you wondering if Anette showed up (or was even allowed to come?)? The answer is yes (and yes). She is Tuomas' band mate after all. And I told her I'd be civil with her. If she wasn't happy at our wedding she sure as hell should have won an Oscar for her performance. She even brought her husband and son. I don't think she told him what had transpired because he didn't seem to have a clue about why I wasn't as friendly with her as I was with everyone else. When it was time for us to leave, I think I hugged every single person that came to our wedding. We headed up to the "Honeymoon Suite" for our first night as man and wife.

Our honey was amazing! We were nearly late for our flight because we'd spent all night worshipping one another. I got lots of pictures and video of us because the girls wanted good documentation of our cruise. Well, that was the excuse I used! Really I just wanted to make sure I could look back on these times and smile with fond memories. When we returned home, I started moving our stuff into our new home. He started working on the next leg of this tour, which had been extended. Even the girls had come to help me move and get our house set up. They took me shopping so that I could add my own touches to it. We'd ordered furniture and all of it would be arriving before we left to get back out on the road.

It took me a few weeks but I finally got everything set up, placed where I wanted it, and moved in. Tuomas was very pleased at how I'd set up our house. Now it was no easy feat, especially with him coming in several times a day, and us going at it like rabbits. He was horny before but now we're married it seems worse. Not that I'm complaining in the least, our sex life is fantastic! And have I ever mentioned just how good he is in bed? I was making lunch one day when he came in with Marco & Jukka. They all greeted me happily as Tuomas told me that the rest of the tour plans had been solidified and that we'd be leaving the day after tomorrow for 6 months. This is the last leg of the tour and they would have close to a year off. I was very excited!

His parents were so supportive of us, even his brother & sister had accepted me even though I wasn't of Finnish blood. About half way through this part of the tour I would have to take off to attend my graduation ceremony. Naturally the whole band wanted to come to see me get my diploma! Ewo had told me not to worry about having a job because they wanted me to keep doing what I was doing for the band. Their site hits were up considerably and their webstore was getting more orders. It made me happy to know that they liked my work and wanted to keep me as their webmistress.

We had flown in to Dallas the morning of my graduation, since it was only like a 2 hour flight from where they had had a show the previous night, and would spend 1 night in Dallas before hitting the road for the next venue. I wasn't nervous, I was kind of excited. More than anything I just wanted to get this over with so I could finally move the fuck on. The Finnish Embassy in Dallas was working on getting all the paperwork finished for me to have dual citizenship in the States and Finland since I had married a Finnish native. Once I had my diploma we headed straight to the hotel. We were all very tired and I didn't feel the need to hang around with all the immature idiots that went to the university!

I was wearing this dress and decided to go for a walk. There was news I wasn't sharing with anyone just yet. The right time to tell him hadn't presented itself just yet. We'd been married almost a year now and spring was in full bloom. The grass looked like emeralds and felt like velvet under my bare feet as I strolled along. The cool breeze felt good but it wasn't too strong to make the air chilly. The sun was setting and we were having a bar-b-que at his parent's house with the whole band.

I had emerged from the forest, which was really just very thick brush of trees, but now found myself walking a small dirt path to a cliff over looking the lake. It was so calming and serene being here. I felt like I'd been here before but I usually didn't walk this far from the house. Magnificent colors of red, orange, blue, yellow, pink, and purple decorated the sky. My long hair fluttered in the breeze. Before long his presence emerged and he man wrapped his long arms around my waist. I leaned back enjoying the comfort he was offering.

"Are you ok? You seem... distracted lately." Tuomas quietly stated in my ear

He ran his hands around to rest on my stomach and I gently placed my hands on top of his. I turned my head slightly so that I could kiss him.

"I love you, Tuomas. There's something I need to tell you." I told him

"You're not leaving me, are you?" He immediatly asked, fear coming off of him in waves

"Oh my God, no! I've been feeling kind of ill lately so a few weeks ago I went to the doctor." I replied, turning in his arms so that I could face him

"Is everything ok?" He asked, staring into my eyes

"Everything will be fine. In about 9 months." I stated, giggling

"Huh?" He asked, confused

"Tuomas, you and I are going to have a baby! Actually, we're going to have 3 babies!" I told him

"Baby? YOU'RE PREGNANT?!" He exclaimed loudly

"Yes, we're pregnant with triplets." I retorted smiling up at the love of my life

"Oh my God you've made the happiest man alive! Again!" He laughed, picking me up and spinning me around

He wanted to rush back and tell everyone so he grabbed my hand and kind of pulled me along. I told him I wasn't wearing any shoes so he let me ride piggy back the rest of the way to his parent's house. He was absolutely glowing at the news and almost everyone picked up on it. Setting me down, he grabbed a beer and got the attention of all our guests. I was blushing and giggling as he told them what I had just told him a few minutes ago. Naturally everyone was very excited and happy for us.

I don't think there was a single person who didn't hug me. In true Kirsti style, she started planning a baby shower for us and Tuomas insisted he be there too. I laughed at my husband as us girls talked about babies and they were very excited to hear we were having triplets. Sititng around drinking water and orange juice, watching my husband, and talking with my friends my life couldn't get any better. The horrors of my past were in the past and I was looking forward to a very bright future.

I'm with you on a 69 Eyes story. I've been trying to write one, but it just isn't coming out. Maybe we need to hancuff her to the wall or something until she agrees?

Agreed! We can threaten to lock her in a room with a severly "deprived" Jussi until she gives us one!
